The Mobile County Recycling Center relies on the support of our wonderful volunteers. Volunteers can render their services for as little as a few hours per year up to regular weekly hours as they best see fit.
Volunteers are used in the following areas:
- Assisting users as they drop off items
- Sorting recyclables
- Landscaping
- General cleaning and maintenance
Our volunteers must be ages 11 and up be accompanied by a chaperone if they are under 16.
